• a PVC ID badge customized with your name and photo (Photos are required for all Friend of Faire badges and can be submitted during the purchase process or by emailing idbadges@sherwoodforestfaire.com). 
• If you purchase by Jan 31, 2025, you can set up your campsite on Move In Weekend on Feb 7-9, 2025.  Please note that this is a FOF-only event. 
• Permission to leave your campsite intact for the entire season (with the understanding that we are not responsible for loss or damage of your personal belongings). 
• FOF campsites are not to be rented to a third party. 
• New in 2024/2025:  We are piloting a program where Friends of Faire can leave their RV on the Sherwood property in the off season for an additional fee.  The test run of this program will be for the period between the 2024 Celtic Yuletide Festival and Move-In Weekend in February.  Look for news of this when Friends of Faire tickets go on sale!

Collecting your Friend of Faire or Season Pass Packet

During your purchase on the etix website, you'll have the opportunity to select Priority Mail or Will Call.

If Priority Mail is selected (available until early February)...

• You should expect to receive your packet at the beginning of December or 10-14 business days after your purchase, whichever comes later
• Multiple packets purchased in one order with Priority Mail selected will all ship together; to ship to multiple addresses, place multiple orders

If Will Call is selected...

• If purchased by Jan 31, 2025 your packet will be available at the Move-In Weekend (Feb 7-9, 2025).  If you miss this date FOFs can be picked up on faire weekends at the campground Guard Shack; SPs can be picked up on faire weekends at the front gate Will Call booth
• If purchased Feb 1, 2025 or later, FOFs can be picked up on faire weekends at the campground Guard Shack; SPs can be picked up on faire weekends at the front gate Will Call booth

About a week before faire opens, we'll send an email asking if anyone wants to move their packet from its default location to the other location
