Join us for a special opportunity to experience King Philip’s Wedding Rehearsal Dinner as we audition a new wedding caterer. There are two dates from which to choose:

The dinner will take place inside the majestic Sherwood Castle, where you’ll dine in regal surroundings. Hosted by the one and only Friar Tuck, this event will feature:
Each dinner will be capped at 100 guests, and we’re asking attendees to complete a survey to help evaluate the dinner and performance.

Your adventure begins with an enticing duo of appetizers. Delicate grape leaves, expertly stuffed with a savory blend of rice, herbs, and spices, are paired with luxuriously creamy hummus and fresh flatbread. Alongside this Mediterranean marvel, a curated selection of fresh, sliced cheeses accompanied by artisanal crackers awaits—each bite setting the stage for what’s to come.
Next, awaken your palate with a vibrant Herbed Green Salad. A medley of crisp mixed greens is enlivened with fresh parsley, mint, and dill, all lightly dressed in silky olive oil and vinaigrette. This refreshing salad not only cleanses the palate but also beautifully bridges the transition from appetizers to heartier entrees.
Now, the main event unfolds with three masterfully crafted entrees. Please note that these dishes come as a trio, so you can choose the Standard or the Vegetarian, but unfortunately due to constraints we will not be able to offer the opportunity to mix and match.
Stuffed Chicken Breast. Experience tender chicken breast, lovingly filled with a sumptuous mixture of spinach, ricotta cheese, and aromatic herbs. Baked to perfection, it is served atop a bed of fluffy couscous, gently kissed with fresh lemon juice, parsley, and mint, creating a symphony of flavors that dance on your tongue.
Pork Tenderloin with Apple Compote. Delight in the harmonious balance of sweet and savory. Roasted to a juicy finish, the pork tenderloin is paired with a sweet and tangy apple compote, where the subtle tartness of apples complements the rich, savory notes of the meat in every bite.
Aurochs Roasted in Leeks with Herbed Potatoes. For the bold at heart, a succulent top-round roast is slow-cooked with carrots, garlic, and leeks, infusing every morsel with deep, hearty flavors. It is accompanied by roasted herbed potatoes, seasoned with fragrant rosemary and thyme, offering an earthy, comforting finish to this remarkable ensemble.
