You can always find liquid libations in Sherwood Forest! There are no less than 8 bars inside the faire grounds as well as several soda/water carts. Each bar serves water, soda, lemonade, and energy drinks plus a wide assortment of beer, red & white wine, and importantly Thorin’s Viking Mead and Thorin’s Iron Age Cider. Huzzah!

The Rose of Aquitaine Tasting Tavern offers flights of premium wines, beers and mead, right behind the Trip to Jerusalem pub at the top of the hill. Our drinks are not available elsewhere in the forest – and we have 6 different flavors of mimosas, mulled wine in cold weather. Have a seat at a comfortable table; listen to period music, enjoy a conversation with friends. Ask us about the “Order of the Rose”!
